Refund policy
We hope your Parasol piece is loved from the very first wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and hygiene liners must remain intact
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn or used.

Include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional, but appreciated)
We will guide you through the next steps.
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
